- Support in New Product-strategy and -portfolio development for product category in line with company strategic and commercial objectives
- Lifecycle-, roadmap-planning and prioritization of product portfolio for strollers
- Monitor commercial success of product portfolio in market and implement interventions
- Support development of consumer segmentation and identify consumer needs for the product category
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities
- Act as stroller category owner and coordinate activities between Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality and Operations and if required further areas of the organization
- Train & guide Marketing, Sales and Global Training team on the overall product category direction
- Present product concepts and product stories to internal and external clients
- Identify and recommend product directions/new opportunities and marketing strategies in order to support sales activation
- Steer and coordinate Marketing campaigns that are consistent, effective and appropriate for the defined consumer groups
- Oversee and steer all activities of the product management department and ensure they are efficiently and effectively executed
- Successfully completed degree in industrial/product design or other relevant technical discipline
- Proven track record of introduction and/or further development of innovative products in the segment of technical durable goods (B2C)
- Substantial product management background coupled with a strong leadership and management experience
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience of continuous improvement of internal structures & processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial personality paired with hands-on and pragmatic approach
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
- Fluent written and oral communication in German and English language
