- Identify, quality and acquire new BPO partners and determine the best program fit for them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
- Own partner relationships end-to-end and coordinate effective communication channels with partners.
- Plan and manage go-to-market initiatives with BPOs as well as marketing and partner enablement activities together with other departments as required
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to drive partner success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the partner program.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of sales experience in partner management, channel sales or enterprise sales in the BPO industry.
- Experience working for a BPOs is a strong plus
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving results
- Experience working in customer service industry or Conversational AI
- Experience with enterprise software (SaaS) or cloud solutions is a plus

As our new Partnerships Manager - Business Process Outsourcing Partners (f/m/d)* your mission is to grow and develop a portfolio of regional and global Business Process Outsourcing partners in alignment with the company's overall business goals. This involves identifying and qualifying potential BPO partners, establishing impactful partnerships with them, developing and executing growth plans, and delivering against revenue targets. The BPO Partner Manager will grow revenue and build a long-term profitable business with our most valuable partners at the strategic level. In your role as a Partnerships Manager for BPOs you will work closely with the cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts to deliver joint objectives.
