    Fund Operations Analyst (m/f/d)

    (The role is based in Berlin, relocation support is available)

    As a Fund Operations Analyst you play a crucial role by managing the day-to-day operations of Moonfare's investment vehicles and driving key projects to help us excel operationally and provide our investors with a first-class investment experience. This will be an opportunity to become a fully trained fund operations generalist and to take ownership over your work.

    You will be the main contact person for your assigned funds towards the sales and investor onboarding teams as well as towards our external service providers, coordinating all fund and investor related processes throughout the whole lifetime of our funds from inception to liquidation.

    You will:

  • Organise and prepare board meetings for legal acceptance of investors and subscription to target funds
  • Plan fund cashflows including capital calls and distributions
  • Review financial data, quarterly reports and capital account statements
  • Coordinate external service providers (fund administrators, accountants, reporting providers, tax advisors) as well as internal stakeholders at Moonfare
  • Prepare and send out communication to investors and fund managers
  • Support in managing our feeder and investor database
  • Help automate fund operations processes

    • The next Moonfarian:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree (in finance)
  • At least 1+ years of experience within the financial services industry
  • Hands-on mentality, a positive attitude and hunger to learn
  • Excellent analytical skills and a well-developed attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel (financial modelling, pivot tables, vlookups etc.)
  • Fluency in English and any other language is a plus
