Developing the dealer network and existing dealers in the sales territory
Developing the Weidemann brand in all target sectors
Conducting quarterly and annual meetings
Ongoing market analysis and implementation of market strategies
Supporting machine testing and development for the market
Support of national marketing in the form of trade fairs, open days at dealers' premises in cooperation with the central marketing department
Management and control of the national budget
Support of ancillary activities such as logistics, order processing and planning in coordination with the respective departments in Korbach
Report to the sales manager
Ihr Profil:
Degree in agronomy or engineering or comparable training
Strong market knowledge
Good experience in the agricultural or construction machinery sector
Customer focused, problem-solving oriented and interested in developing dealers
Analytical, structural thinking skills and entrepreneur mindset
Business fluent in English, French and Flemish, German an advantage
Willing to travel domestic and sometimes abroad
