Wir suchen einen Customer-Success-Manager für unsere cloud-basierte SaaS-Lösung cluetec Audit.Als erste Ansprechperson betreust Du unsere Kunden bei der Einführung und Nutzung unserer Lösung.
- Vom ersten Anforderungsworkshop über die Umsetzung bis hin zum Go Live übernimmst Du die Projektverantwortung.
- Bist Du Schnittstelle zwischen Deinen Kunden und unserer Entwicklungsabteilung zur Abstimmung weiterer Software-Anforderungen.
