    SAP PP and PM Specialist - remote in Germany

    As the business expands we are looking for a SAP PP and PM Specialist to join the business.

    This role entails project management and support for core applications like SAP-PP and SAP-PM, focusing on production planning, quality management, and maintenance tasks.

    This role focuses on project management and support for core applications like SAP-PP and SAP-PM, emphasizing production planning, production, quality management, and maintenance tasks in an international production environment. Knowledge of connected systems such as MES and APS (e.g., QUINTIQ) is also essential due to the process-focused nature of application support. Additionally, the position involves utilizing AI/machine learning to enhance production and product quality.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Supporting SAP users (PP and PM) by addressing reported incidents and service requests via the ticket system.
    • Collaborating with external consultancies on system implementation/development projects.
    • Conducting improvements and maintenance in the SAP System.
    • Assisting users in unit and integrated tests and filling UAT.
    • Providing S/4Hana support and liaising with the Global IT Team (Germany, China, Thailand, and Romania) to resolve issues in unsupported SAP modules.
    • Delivering SAP training for users (modules PP, PM).
    • Leveraging acquired skills and experience to make informed judgments and ensure task/service quality.

    Skills, experience and education:

    • Graduated: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Similar
    • 6-10 years of experience
    • Advanced Knowledge in SAP (Module PP / PM)
    • Intermediate Knowledge in MES and APS
    • Advanced Knowledge in ABAP Language
    • Advanced knowledge in Tickets Control
    • Intermediate knowledge in project management
    • Advanced English
    • Ensures a prompt processing of customer inquiries and excellent customer service
