    Join WonderFold as Administration and Logistics Associate

    WonderFold, the leading American provider of strollers for families with 2 or more children and for adventurous individuals who like to carry more, is now expanding into Europe. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in Europe to support our business growth. WonderFold is the undisputed market leader in strollers for active families in America. Our products make traveling with children easier and allow for additional items to be carried for picnics, city trips, and excursions.

    Your Role: As an Administration and Logistics Associate, you will actively support the establishment of WonderFold's European organization for the EMEA region. You will play a key role in administration and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including office organization and document management
    • Plan and coordinate logistics, including inventory management and supply chain
    • Review incoming invoices, particularly for logistics expenses
    • Primary contact for external logistics service providers for warehousing, order processing, customer delivery, and invoicing
    • Handle customer service and complaints
    • Collaborate with the international team for seamless operations

    Requirements

    • Experience in administration and/or logistics, preferably in an international setting
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and coordinate effectively
    • Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes
    • Team-oriented and good communication skills
    • Fluency in German and proficient English; additional languages are a plus
