    Contracts Manager -Germany
    The contracts manager [working closely with our senior management team] will Have and in-depth Knowledge of the advanced tech industry. The CM will be considered to be a subject matter expert in Semi-conductor manufacture or Giga factory or similar. The CM will have a focus on the greater German area. The role will cover Life science and experience in this sector will be considered an advantage, but the role will have a specific focus on advance manufacturing. The contracts manager will report into the Project Director responsible for the sector. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes.

    You will:
  • Lead and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Oversee the preparation and negotiation of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Administer and enforce contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and mitigate contract risks and disputes.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that installations meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction with project deliverables.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions to clients in a clear and transparent manner.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Implement effective risk management practices to minimize project disruption
