KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Follow-up and review of tank design executed by the contractor.
Support the clarifications on tank design
Support the project engineering team on all technical issues concerning tank and tank design
Support the construction supervision team on all technical issues concerning tank and tank design


KEY REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in Engineering management and supervision
Delivery of large capital projects
Leading large projects from inception through design, contractor engagement, execution and commissioning.
Being a safety leader and engaging with personnel to drive a Zero Harm culture.
Development of tank operating procedures and manuals
Defining Asset Management KPI's, identify gaps in performance and recommend actions to resolve.
Strong and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
~10+ years heavy industry experience preferably in storage tank environments.
~ A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
~5+ years' experience leading Engineering Projects
~ Fluent German language skills.
~ Candidates must be able to bring a flexible mindset, challenge traditional thinking, and be prepared to work outside of their comfort zone. They also need to be internationally mobile.
