    About Complori

    Complori's mission is to make the next generation future-proof. We are teaching kids 21st century skills like coding, critical thinking, collaboration and technology literacy (to name a few) with our hybrid learning platform.

    We are dedicated to develop an adaptive and gamified, web based learning platform that features online live group classes for children aged 7-16.

    With our Seed funding of €3.5 million (by leading European VCs Speedinvest, Educapital and Sparkmind) we are building a kick-ass team to further develop our product and reach more learners.

    Your mission at Complori

    • Develop hands-on high-quality code across the full stack for our learning platform and internal administrative tools,
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members,
    • Drive feature development, identify and solve complex technical challenges, and support evolving business and project requirements to ensure continuous improvement in our technical products. Collaborate closely with UI Designers, Product Managers, and Educational Experts,
    • Efficiently deploy, scale, and maintain services using tools like Docker or Kubernetes to ensure uninterrupted service availability,
    • Create diverse software architectures to meet both short-term and long-term goals

    We are a perfect fit if...

    • 5+ years experience in the development of frontend and backendsystems , preferably in TypeScript (React); ideally in Python as well,
    • Experience in leading high-performing teams,
    • Experience with DevOps/ML pipeline orchestration tooling – ideally with Kubernetes, Docker, Kubeflow etc.
    • Ability to break down complex problems and resolve them through customer consultation and execution,
    • Strong awareness of code quality and clean code,
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal,
    • You are located in Berlin
    Nice to have:
    • Degree in computer science or a related field,
    • ML experience through degree or hands-on projects
    • Experience with the development of scalable systems, e.g. in the Kubernetes, Golang and Docker environment,
    • Experience with Golang
    • German language knowledge

    How to become part of the Complori team

    1. We are excited to receiving your application with your CV. After our review, we will get in touch with you to schedule a 30-minute interview with you.
    2. Based on the position (not for Tech Lead), we would love for you to complete a short homework. This could be a coding challenge, a design task or a case study.
    3. In the next interview you will meet your future direct supervisor and present the homework you completed. Afterwards we might ask you for some references.
    4. We will get back to you after a couple of days with our decision, and you are all set to become part of the Complori team
