Location: Munich, Germany | Reports to: Team Lead SAM Tool & Governance| Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Germany | Language Requirements: fluent/professional German, and English, written and spoken | Work arrangement: Hybrid

As our new Technical SAM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuration of Software Asset Management (SAM) tools to our customers' environments. Furthermore, you will be supporting your colleagues in presales and sales activities. Our customers are large enterprises to mid-size companies and tool partners, and you will support them in operational tasks, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of the SAM tools, data quality and related SAM processes.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Implementation and operating SAM solutions
• Supporting customers in implementing best practices, continuously improving data quality
• Helping customers solving tool issues, analyzing errors and logs, communication with tool publisher support
• Working with licensing consultants and other experts, delivering individual analytics and reports
• Learning new trends and tools, developing extensions and automations for existing tools

Your Competencies:

• 2+ years of working experience with SAM/ITAM solutions such as Flexera, Snow, ServiceNow etc.
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming/scripting/query language (PowerShell, JavaScript, Rust, SQL, etc.)
• Certifications such as CSAM, CITAM, ITIL 4 and tool publisher certifications will be highly regarded
