- Provide information, advice, and support to catholic providers and management of nursing homes and hospitals on all issues related to the operation of the facility (e.g., nursing care rate law, financing, labor law, personnel assessment, salary negotiations).
- Support, accompany, and lead negotiations with funders. Participate in arbitration bodies.
- Prepare relevant current laws, regulations, framework agreements, current case law, and other important information for the facilities.
- Networking and consulting for the conceptual development of inpatient care and cross-sector cooperation.
- Address healthcare and nursing policy issues, legislative and healthcare developments, and political lobbying for the social and healthcare economy in Berlin, Brandenburg, and Vorpommern.
- Participation in the committees of the leading associations of the social welfare sector (LIGA) and the committees of the state hospital associations.
- Degree with a legal and/or business focus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy working in a multi-professional team.
- Interest in the exciting field of nursing homes and hospitals.
- An identification with the goals of the Caritas Association is required.
- Guided entry into association work in the social and healthcare sector.
