    Position Description:

    As a specialized recruitment agency focusing on employment and disability, Talents Handicap supports numerous companies and organizations in France in recruiting employees with disabilities. We are currently looking for candidates with disabilities for the following position and invite you to apply if you fit the profile.

    Your Daily Responsibilities:
    • Provide advice to Valentin, who has recently started his construction business and wants to assess his initial results
    • Support Sarah, a lawyer, in financing her primary residence
    • Assist Jacques, the manager of a car dealership, in diversifying his investments
    On a daily basis and at key moments, you will guide your clients in growing their businesses. Specifically, you will:
    • Support and advise clients in developing their activities and monitor their profitability
    • Offer suitable products and services (financing, investments, etc.)
    • Prepare and monitor financing applications
    • Manage risks associated with your clients' activities
    Participate in the commercial development of your branch.

    If You Are the One:
    You build trusting relationships with clients through your responsiveness, listening skills, and expertise. You have a good understanding of financial, legal, and tax basics for professionals, as well as associated risk management. Being curious, meticulous, dynamic, and having excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy dedicating your energy to client satisfaction and welcome challenges. The role requires AMF certification, and a driver's license is essential.
