- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Klassifizierung und Freigabe von Lieferanten im Rahmen des Onboarding Prozesses
- Ebenso nehmen Sie an Vergabegesprächen mit externen Lieferanten teil
- Zudem gehört die Durchführung von Lieferanten Systemaudits und Verantwortung des lokalen Lieferantenauditprogramms in Kooperation mit anderen Fresenius Standorten (Remote und vor Ort) zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet
- Auch sind Sie für die Erstellung von Qualitätssicherungsvereinbarungen mit externen Lieferanten zuständig
- Sie übernehmen die Ermittlung, Auswertung und das Berichten von abteilungsspezifischen Kennzahlen
- Weiterhin erstellen Sie Wareneinangangsprüfpläne im CAQ System (Babtec)
- Nicht zuletzt erstellen Sie Messprogramme der 3D Messmaschine (Hersteller Keyence) und Prüfung und Freigabe von Erstmusterprüfberichten
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss, mit einem technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Studiengang, oder eine vergleichbare mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Facharbeiter oder Techniker im technischen Umfeld
- Sie können mind. drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung / Lieferantenmanagement vorweisen
- Idealerweise bringen Sie Praxiserfahrung als Lieferantenauditor mit
- Sie besitzen Fachkenntnisse der EN ISO 13485, ISO 9001 und 21CFR820
- Zudem bringen Sie gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Messtechnik und Messmethoden mit
- Eine eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise ist für Sie genauso selbstverständlich wie bereichsübergreifendes Denken und Handeln
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick, Engagement und Flexibilität aus
- Sie überzeugen durch eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowie die Fähigkeit Konflikte zu lösen
