- Co-lead global HRIT projects and related strategic projects together with HR system and process leads to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget
- Gather and prioritize business requirements, plan and manage process workshops, steer decision making, documentation and communication
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including interface mappings, timelines and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential risks and mitigation measures
- Support change activities to increase awareness and adoption of digital tools and processes
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in global project management roles with a focus on process consulting for integrated IT solutions in Human Resources using market leading systems (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OpenText)
- Well organized and structured in strategic thinking, project execution and workload prioritization
- Ability to keep the big picture in mind and strong attention to detail to bring projects to completion
- Proven experience of managing stakeholders at various levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and storytelling skills, proven ability to work with leaders
