- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive online sales and achieve revenue goals
- Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including website, marketplace accounts, and social media channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Utilize SEO and SEM techniques to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics and performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
- Identify and implement user experience enhancements to increase conversion rates and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online consumer behavior
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an e-commerce specialist or similar role in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising
- Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with marketplace platforms, such as Amazon or eBay, is a plus
