Serving fine tartare, exotic bowls, tuna, sashimi, ceviche and the finest Californian sushi creations. Culinary art and industrial spirit combined in excellence.
For the Team in the kitchen we are looking for an experienced Sushi chef preferably already in Germany EU passport or EU permanent residence holder
Individual work time model -Working days: 4,5 or 6 per week ( discussed with the chef )
Days off: 1 or 2
Working hours: 169 to 182 per month depending on the Chef's requirements and abilities
Restaurant working hours:
Monday - Saturday
5:30 p.m. – midnight
Sunday
4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m
