- Support sustainability projects focused on hydrogen, with modeling and market expertise
- Advise on risk and pricing components for business case evaluations
- Develop python-based optimization models for production schedules and flex potential of electrolysers
- Lead implementation of operational optimization models to commercialize flex potentials of electrolysers and H2 derivative products
- Collaborate with Green Gas and regional sales units to develop hydrogen projects
- Create commercial concepts for PPAs and supply strategies for hydrogen projects
- Support customer propositions and supply solutions for hydrogen customers
- University degree in mathematics, energy economics, or natural sciences
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience in energy economics and mathematical modeling with python
- Highly motivated with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to take on responsibility and deliver valuable solutions
- Eager to collaborate within the E.ON organization
- Fluent in English, knowledge of another European language is a plus
