- Act as a Technical Subject Matter Expert for FIS applications, including Quantum, eBAM, TRAX, and Intellimatch.
- Provide technical guidance and support for system configuration, customization, and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve technical issues related to FIS applications.
- Ensure the seamless integration of FIS applications with existing financial systems and technologies.
- Conduct system assessments and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to banking, payments, and reconciliation systems.
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
- Extensive experience with FIS (Fidelity Information Services) platforms, specifically Quantum, eBAM, TRAX, and Intellimatch. Knowledge in all is preferred, but expertise in some of these applications will also be considered.
- Strong technical background in financial systems and technologies, with a focus on banking, payments, and reconciliation systems.
- Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and optimization within the FIS application suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions within defined timelines.

As an FIS Application Suite Expert, you will serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting various FIS applications, Must also have Quantum experience.
