Job summary
We are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.You will serve as a strategic partner to Executive Recruiters and HR Business Partners. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end sourcing strategy for active requisitions and proactively building and managing external talent pipelines for critical senior leadership roles relevant to succession planning.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a sourcer or full life cycle recruiter, with several years in executive or senior-level talent sourcing and/or executive search across multiple functions and geographies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global, and highly matrixed environment, ideally in life science, healthcare, technology,or related industries.
