    Do you want to help us shape the future of Amazon's consumerbusiness? We are looking for a Content Manager to design, createand launch the content required to drive growth at scale.

    In thisrole, you will empower Amazon's selling partners to improve productavailability, costs, speed and sustainability for our customers.

    You will partner with different functions across Amazon's worldwidebusiness to build and own innovative, scalable mechanisms thatsupport areas such as operational excellence, product selection,profitability and growth.

    You will drive improvements in contentaccessibility, relevance, engagement, self-service capabilities andsatisfaction rates. To achieve this, you will need to interlinkstrategy, innovation and technology in a rapidly evolvingenvironment.

    The Vendor Experience andOperations team enables high scale engagement and communication. Welaunch programs, design processes and develop tools that empowervendors to independently manage and grow their business withAmazon. We listen to vendors' feedback and strive to continuouslyimprove their experience by making it easy to work with Amazon. Weuse technology to help vendors perform at their best and ensurethat together we continuously create more value for Amazon'scustomers.


    As a Content Manager, youwill:

    • Review business cases for program fit and managethe project proposals intake process
    • Align withstakeholders on workflow prioritization and report on roadmapstatus
    • Design and implement new automated workflows todrive growth at scale
    • Work cross-functionally acrossthe Amazon worldwide consumer business
    • Identify processinefficiencies and continuously improve existingworkflows
    • Lead the preparation and execution of newworkflow pilots
    • Propose success criteria and evaluateoutcomes to drive expansion decisions
    • Track performanceand derive actionable conclusions from large data sets
    • Provide recommendations to business stakeholders and drivechange
    • Prepare and lead product roadshows to driveglobal tool adoption

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



    • BS inbusiness administration or economics
    • Experience inretail, strategy consulting, digital or tech business
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentationskills
    • Strong business acumen combined with the abilityto understand technical implications
    • Excellentattention to detail and good business judgement
    • Stronganalytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insightsfrom large amounts of data
    • Team orientation andwillingness to roll up sleeves to solve complex, dynamicchallenges
    • Demonstrated fluent German and Englishcommunication skills (spoken andwritten)

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



    • MSgraduate studies with a track record of delivering results indynamic and demanding environments
    • Strong bias foraction, able to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean workenvironment
    • At ease when dealing with stakeholders atall levels and different functional groups
    • Strongrelationship building skills
