- Sie leiten ein Team zur globalen Unterstützung von Sales Teams
- Sie beraten zugeordnete Kunden in allen technischen Anfragen zum aktuellen Produktspektrum (Abstimmung des technischen Bedarfs bei geplanten Kundenprojekten, z. B. Auslegung, spezifische Anwendungen, Wartungen, Austausch)
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Interpretation, Klärung und Umsetzung von Kundenangaben bei Angeboten und Aufträgen unter Berücksichtigung des aktuellen Lieferspektrums und klären bei kundenspezifischen Sonderausführungen frühzeitig die technische Machbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit durch Einleitung der geltenden Prozesse
- Sie stellen die Übereinstimmung zwischen technischen Kundenanforderungen und Produktspezifikation ("Vier-Augen-Prinzip") sicher
- Sie betreuen den Kundenauftrag während der Abwicklung (insbesondere produktionsrelevante Änderungen)
- Sie erstellen, prüfen und senden Angebote und Aufträge für Produkte, Baugruppen, Teile und Service für die zugeordneten Kunden zu und übernehmen die technische Nachbetreuung bei den zugeordneten OEMs
- Des weiteren wirken Sie bei technischen Sonderprojekten mit und übernehmen Kundenbesuche
- Sie haben eine technische Ausbildung (Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Energietechnik) abgeschlossen und verfügen über gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis. Ein Studium (mind. Bachelor) oder staatl. geprüfter Techniker mit Erfahrung im Berufsumfeld ist bevorzugt
- Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Energietechnik sowie Grundkenntnisse der Branche Maschinenbau mit
- Betriebswirtschaftliche/kaufmännische Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertriebsinnendienst ist von Vorteil
- Sie sprechen verhandlungssicher Deutsch verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprache(n) sind ein Plus
- PC Skills erforderlich (SAP, Office)
- Sie haben eine hohes Prozess- und Systemverständnis, eine vertriebliche Ausrichtung sowie eine ausgeprägte Kundenlösungskompetenz
- Reisebereitschaft ist wünschenswert
