- Perform negotiations with customer regarding warranty issues and end of year settlements
- Coordination of Top quality issues, SQI's and Customer Scorecard process
- Creation and assessment of quality / warranty standards
- Creation of lessons learned for quality issues and transfer into development standards
- Internal and external Q-reviews
- Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, economics or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in the field of quality
- Sound knowledge in the processing of complaints
- Knowledge of various quality system methods such as 8D, fault tree analysis, 5 Why and ISISNOT
- Experience in the field of VDA field failure analysis and in conducting audits is an advantage
- High degree of assertiveness and quick-wittedness
- Structured, organized and precise way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office products, especially Excel
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel (maximum 25%)
