    Your roles and responsibilities

    • Coordination and processing of warranty and 0km issues
    • Coordination and leading of problem solving teams in case of TOP warranty or 0km issues
    • Support / development of MAHLE plants in the field failure analysis process
    • Support MAHLE plants in problem solving activities
    • Observation and evaluation of warranty data
    • Perform negotiations with customer regarding warranty issues and end of year settlements
    • Coordination of Top quality issues, SQI's and Customer Scorecard process
    • Creation and assessment of quality / warranty standards
    • Creation of lessons learned for quality issues and transfer into development standards
    • Internal and external Q-reviews

    Your skills and strengths

    • Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, economics or comparable
    • Several years of professional experience in the field of quality
    • Sound knowledge in the processing of complaints
    • Knowledge of various quality system methods such as 8D, fault tree analysis, 5 Why and ISISNOT
    • Experience in the field of VDA field failure analysis and in conducting audits is an advantage
    • High degree of assertiveness and quick-wittedness
    • Structured, organized and precise way of working
    • Confident handling of MS Office products, especially Excel
    • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
    • Willingness to travel (maximum 25%)
