- Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and developers to define problems, lead discoveries, and create user flows for new or existing features
- Autonomously create high-fidelity interactive designs that elevate the overall user experience, and then iteratively improve your solutions based on feedback from users and stakeholders
- Quickly understanding complex models & problems and designing them into intuitive, simple, user-centric solutions
- Collaborating with 1K5o designers to improve our design language, UX patterns, whilst advocating for user-focused design, and contributing to a top-notch community of mission-focused designers
- Minimum of 4 years of product design experience (Web, Android, iOS) building excellent user-centric digital products, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- A strong grasp of visual design and accessibility and the ability to turn complex problems into elegant, simple solutions
- A finger on the pulse of design trends and industry best practices
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Very strong written and spoken English skills
- Experience and interest in the climate tech industry
- Fluent in German
