    Sales Specialist (f/m/d) – Process Analytical Technology

    In this position, you will be accountable for sales of Analytical products and solutions in Business Line Analytical within Process Automation / Measurement & Analytics division in the western region of Germany, driving sales volumes and margins.

    In this role, you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.

    This position reports to

    Sales Manager PAMA / Analytical

    Your responsibilities

    • Working with sales operations, service and area market management to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy
    • Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities
    • Using your knowledge of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers
    • Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities

    Your background

    • Min. 3 years of experience in Analytical sales with a proven track record in the respective region
    • Sound knowledge of continuous gas and liquid analysis, gas chromatography, IR and laser spectroscopy in the energy, waste disposal, (petro)chemical, metals & minerals, automotive and semiconductor market
    • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
    • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills
    • A technical or business administration degree
    • Fluent German and English skills
