As a Quality Services Manager, you will be the quality representative involved in customer and development projects, adhering to design control standards for medical devices. You will be in direct contact with customers, ensuring that quality and regulatory requirements are integrated into Aptar's management system. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining control strategies for new products, managing product life cycles, establishing specifications, and overseeing external and internal analytical service providers. This role is a great opportunity for skill development and career progression, with potential for leadership roles or specialization.
You should have a degree in engineering or natural sciences, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in GMP-regulated environments within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry is required, along with familiarity with design control standards. Fluency in English and German is essential.
