Administrative Specialist (m/f/x) - Credit Risk Management (Full-time)

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting department heads in implementing organizational changes in the credit area
• Timely preparation of regular reports from the credit department
• Updating organizational instructions in the credit business
• Implementing technical updates in collaboration with the Process Management department
• Incorporating legal changes in the credit area into work processes
• Form management for external and internal forms
• Assisting in data and quality controls in the credit area
• Supporting staff on credit-related matters
• Handling regulatory and statistical credit reports
• Checking compliance with credit approval requirements
• Assisting in year-end activities in the credit domain
• Post-activities related to subsidized loans

Your Qualifications:

• Completed banking or similar commercial training
• Several years of experience in the credit sector
• Proactive and dedicated approach
• Sense of responsibility, resilience, and flexibility
• Service and quality orientation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Decision-making and communication abilities
• Reliable and structured way of working
• High IT affinity and knowledge of banking systems
