Your Responsibilities:

• Surface coating
• Surface preparation
• Preparation and finishing work
• Coating using a manual spray gun
• Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes
• Adherence to quality and deadline requirements
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring powder booth

What You Should Bring:

• Experience and sufficient knowledge in powder coating
• Skilled worker in surface coating or equivalent education
• Coating technology process mechanic
• Knowledge of the types and qualities of powder coatings
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Proficiency in the German language
• Independent, reliable, and conscientious work ethic
• Analytical thinking and good technical understanding
• Flexibility, teamwork, and communication skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
