Job summary
To strengthen our footprint across Germany we re looking for a Territory Manager who will lead grow and inspire our network of self employed Field Sales Consultants FSCs helping small merchants adopt SumUp s products and succeed in their business journey.
You ll be responsible for leading growing our national sales network recruiting managing supporting self employed Field Sales Consultants driving hands on sales success coaching enabling your team analysing optimising performance shaping the German strategy working closely with HQ to share local insights design market initiatives scale presence nationwide We believe empowering autonomy investing growth competitive compensation benefits flexible working arrangements actively selling product range gaining direct market insights providing continuous training ongoing support helping consultants hit targets monitor analysis sales data designing initiatives increase acquisition retention what give strong analytical skills confidence using Salesforce Tableau other CRM tools fluency German English required learn develop career SumUp enjoy rewarding results owning impact build long term customer relationships.
