In our Cloud Components business unit, we find solutions to challenges that we encounter time and again in our day-to-day project work. We see IT solutions as the right combination of individual development of business logic and the use of established and tried-and-tested (cloud) components, for example in the area of identity management or event streaming. Our experts are close to the customer and their needs, provide support with make-or-buy decisions and ensure seamless and secure configuration and integration of the components. As a team lead/representative, you can expect a varied mix of cross-industry projects with high learning effects, strategic design opportunities and working with and in a self-organized team.
Your tasks: what you can help shape with us

• As a team lead/representative, you will work in the IT project business and take on the technical and disciplinary management of the employees in the "Cloud Components" group
• You provide our customers with comprehensive advice and ensure the seamless and secure selection, integration and migration of cloud components and develop tailor-made supporting services
• You are responsible for the alignment, development and utilization of your business area and represent it with customers, at conferences and presentations. In doing so, you succeed in combining the economic interests of the company with the corresponding skills, interests and development paths of your employees
• In your leadership role, you promote and support the methodical, professional and personal development of your employees, give them guidance and encourage them to work independently
• You will also work on strategic topics and actively shape the service portfolio in the area of IT excellence. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in internal projects

What we want from you

• Ideally, you have gained relevant experience in leading teams and are used to working with, leading and developing distributed teams
• With the esentri AG management team, you actively shape further growth and stand for our values of cooperation, enthusiasm, sincerity, (self-)responsibility, appreciation and sustainability
• You have several years of IT project experience and excellent knowledge of software development
• A deep understanding of software development, great curiosity for components especially from the AWS and open source world and their effective use in various customer settings as well as a basic understanding of the Java tech stack used at esentri
• You have a strong understanding of IT architectures and are ideally CPSA-F+ certified
• You have a keen interest in technological innovations and trends and contribute these to the technological development of the circle
• You are characterized by your analytical skills and your solution-oriented, structured and independent approach. Knowledge of OKR is an advantage
• The status quo is not enough for you, you regularly question your working methods and results and want to develop yourself further
• You impress with your strong communication skills, presentation skills, business fluent German and very good English skills and you are open to occasional travel to our customers
