    Der Einsatz der Verbraucherzentrale NRW e.V. gilt den vielseitigen Verbraucherinteressen der Menschen in NRW. Ob in den Bereichen Pflege, Ernährung und Umwelt, Energie oder Finanzen, ob bei Einkauf oder Vertragsschluss, wir informieren und beraten zu den zahlreichen Herausforderungen des Verbraucheralltags und unterstützen Verbraucher:innen bei der Durchsetzung ihrer Rechte. Wir treten unfairen Geschäftspraktiken entgegen und setzen uns auf politischer Ebene für einen besseren gesetzlichen Verbraucherschutz ein. Unsere Informations- und Bildungsangebote klären auf und ermöglichen ein Interagieren auf Augenhöhe mit dem Anbieter.     Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir für unsere Gruppe EDV zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt im Rahmen eines unbefristeten Arbeitsverhältnisses - eine*n

    Fachsachbearbeiter*in IT- Administration Windows Systeme

    in Vollzeit (39,83 Std./Woche).Aufgaben

  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung der vorhandenen Windows Domäne sowie von Fileservern und Desktop-Rechnern
  • Implementierung und Einführung neuer Software
  • Erstellen von Software-, Drucker- und Treiberpaketen für die Softwareverteillösung von Matrix42
  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung des Matrix42-Patchmanagements, des vorhandenen Virenschutzsystems sowie von Fachapplikationen
  • Betreuung von Hardware-Rollouts
  • Abbildung von Geschäftsprozessen mit geeigneter SoftwareAnforderungen
  • ein abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Informatikstudium (Bachelor oder höher),sowie erste Berufserfahrungen oder eine einschlägige Berufsausbildung und entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • ausgeprägte Systemkenntnisse Microsoft Windows Server und Desktopsysteme, gute Kenntnisse gängiger Office-System sowie möglichst Kenntnisse in Matrix42 Workplace-Management / Empirum
  • Erfahrungen in der Verwaltung eines Active Directorys, in der Anwendung von Gruppenrichtlinien und von Berechtigungen
  • umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Skriptierung mit Batchprogrammen und Windows Powershell, grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse
  • sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung in allen IT-Bereichen und agiler MethodenBenefits
