Lead the development and execution of the company's Compensation & Benefits strategy, policies, and practices.

Excerpt of Focus Area of Responsibilities

• Manage the annual Compensation & Benefits planning and budgeting process, including salary reviews, bonus plans, equity grants, and benefits renewals.
• Lead and develop a team of Compensation & Benefits professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback.
• Oversee the administration and communication of the Compensation & Benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the company's Compensation & Benefits and Mobility programs are competitive and attractive to current and potential employees.

The Candidate

Minimum 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits management in an international organization.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficient in SAP-Success Factors, Microsoft Office and compensation & benefit software and tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
