    Job Description

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement the ITG (International Trading Group) strategy in close alignment with the top management and the regional sales directors.
  • Drive the M+H Multi Brand Strategy and strengthen and expand the MANN+HUMMEL position within the ITGs
  • Identifying and developing opportunities within the ITGs in the regions
  • Conducting global contract negotiations and implementing innovations within the regions and brands
  • Responsibility for managing and tracking KPIs (share of wallet, compliance rate, lead ratio)
  • Ensuring a regular internal and external exchange as an interface between the regions / ITG coordination and the ITG headquarters
  • Active participation in global and national ITG meetings as well as representation of MANN+HUMMEL interests in projects and working groups with suppliers
  • Support of ITG projects in cooperation with other departments (e.g. Business Development, Sales Promotion)
  • Support of the back office team regarding global bonus reporting and ITG structures

    • YOUR PROFILE:

  • Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or comparable education
  • Experience: At least 7 years of professional experience in IAM sales in an international environment
  • Expertise: Good know-how regarding ITG and IAM structures Strong project management skills as well as experience in leading international projects Very good knowledge of SAP, MS Office and Salesforce
  • Language skills: Business fluent in English (written and spoken) as a must, German, Spanish or French would be an advantage
  • Personality: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team Distinct problem-solving orientation and negotiating skills High intercultural competence and willingness to travel (car driving licence required)
