- Responsible for the development of future innovative systems for the electrical low voltage power supply of cars. This includes project management as well as budget responsibility
- Analysis and design of electrical power supply solutions considering relevant standards
- Conceptual analysis of functional safety on system- and component level
- Technical coordination of interdisciplinary cooperation as well as alignment of system development related topics with internal and external customers, suppliers and universities
- Define long-term advanced development roadmaps for low voltage powernet of cars in close cooperation with the engineering departments
- Represent Vitesco Technologies at national and international conferences and panels
- Lead competence center team of four employees
- University degree in electrical engineering, physics or comparable field
- Long-term professional experience in the automotive industry, preferably with knowledge of powernet topologies and supply systems
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of HV traction powernets, LV supply powernets and the relevant components
- Knowledge of power electronics preferable
- Experience in moderating and working with an interdisciplinary, international and global team
- Analytical thinking, open-mindedness, thinking out of the box
- Leadership skills
- Fluent in English and German
