Your Responsibilities:

• Leading strategic initiatives to achieve our sustainability

goals across all global branches, with a particular focus

on a climate strategy.

• Expertise with the common sustainability platforms

• Preparation of an annual GHG protocol

• Implement strategies to improve our GHG performance

• Obtain important certifications

• Optimizing and evolving our data collection processes to

meet internal and external reporting requirements.

• Actively participating in internal stakeholder management,

such as preparing a global ESG strategy

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with internal and

external stakeholders within and beyond our networks to foster

dialogue and exchange.

• Supporting sustainability communication, both internally

and externally, in close collaboration with the Corporate

Communications department ( Marketing )

• Cultivating a strong sustainability culture within our

organization by planning and executing training sessions

and sustainability days.

Experience required:

• Successfully completed technical or business studies

or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience as a

Sustainability Manager or in comparable roles with a strategic

focus, preferably in areas such as management consulting,

internal strategy departments, strategic procurement, or

product development with a sustainability emphasis.

• Demonstrable experience in project management and leading

cross-functional project teams.

• Strategic thinking ability and adeptness with

environmental-related data.

• Strong communication skills for interaction with the executive

board and upper management and external stakeholders.

• Hands-on mentality and results-driven approach

in a dynamic environment.

• Fluent proficiency in both German and English is required
