- Procurement of additives, fillers and pigments as needed and on time.
- Support to national and international suppliers, including risk management, price negotiations and awarding of contracts.
- Development of decision templates for inventory optimization and cost reduction.
- Creation of needs and market analysis.
- Controlling operational purchasing when implementing the supplier strategy.
- Conducting discussions with suppliers.
- Master and price data maintenance.
- Processing delivery disruptions and complaints.
- Reporting, monitoring and optimization of supplier performance in compliance with QM specifications.
- Business administration degree with a focus on procurement or relevant vocational training.
- Ideally, you have relevant professional experience in strategic purchasing, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Negotiation and strong communication skills are desired.
- Very good office knowledge and confident use of merchandise management systems.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- High self-motivation, a structured way of working, proactive hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team are among your strengths.
