- Organizing and overseeing the execution of maintenance measures on rails and large switch parts through order and connection welding, grinding activities on the infrastructure facilities in your regional area, ensuring orders are carried out in a timely and professional manner
- Providing technical support and representing the Head of Track Welding
- Ensuring compliance with legal and collective labor, fire, and environmental protection regulations, as well as accident prevention regulations, and making decisions regarding the acceptance of orders to optimize the utilization of resources
- Working on the continuous improvement of quality standards in the area of responsibility
- Handling the certification of the Track Welding area
- Developing economic offers or cost plans for agreed orders and managing the provision of materials and resources at the various locations based on orders
- Completed studies in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- A qualification as a Welding Engineering Expert is mandatory
- Demonstrating assertiveness, high levels of initiative, and enthusiasm
- Strong organizational skills and a high sense of quality
- Willingness to occasionally travel within your regional area and work night shifts
- Holding a valid Class B driver's license
