    Definition of OEMs:

    Streamax provides commercial vehicle video safety solutions covering the entire lifecycle of commercial vehicles, including pre-market of OEM and after-market. The OEM market refers to the direct provision of our commercial vehicle video safety solutions to OEM/EDM manufacturers of commercial vehicles, forming strategic partnerships with vehicle manufacturers. These commercial vehicle manufacturers integrate our products into their vehicle solutions and provide them to their end-users. We provide comprehensive support including products, technology, and after-sales service. We have already formed strategic global partnerships with many large vehicle manufacturers including but not limited to BYD, Yutong, and King Long, serving commercial vehicle users worldwide. We aim to serve more commercial OEMs worldwide.

    Europe is the most important region for large commercial vehicle OEMs in the world, with world-renowned top commercial vehicle providers. We are committed to expanding business with European OEMs, helping our clients provide the best commercial vehicle video solutions in the world from the source, and achieving win-win cooperation.

    Job Description:

    1. This position will be based in mainland Europe (Germany/France), focusing on all potential commercial vehicle manufacturers in Europe. Establish contacts with European manufacturers and promote the value of Streamax's solutions to these potential clients.
    2. This position will focus on commercial vehicle manufacturers, such as freight/truck vehicles, buses, taxis, coach buses, and police vehicle manufacturers.
    3. This position requires exceptional abilities in new territory expansion, new market expansion, and new client development.
    4. This position will work closely with the internal Streamax team to deeply understand the product value and capabilities of Streamax.
    5. This position will be a crucial link in changing Streamax's future layout in Europe.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Achieve annual sales targets through the development of new channel partnerships.

    2. Report directly to the Regional Sales Director and provide weekly visitation reports.

    3. Conduct bi-weekly reviews of new channel development status.

    4. Demonstrate self-motivation and a proactive working attitude with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

    5. Thrive under pressure and exhibit the flexibility to work across different time zones.

    6. Willingness to travel, with a travel percentage ranging from 30% to 50%.

    7. Be a fast learner in a given territory and industry focus.

    8. Possess a results-driven attitude with exceptional skills in prospecting for new channel partners.

    9. Strong C-Level communication skill.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Establish a pool of potential clients among all commercial vehicle manufacturers in Europe, and formulate follow-up plans.
    2. Establish contacts with all commercial vehicle manufacturers in Europe, from scratch to recommending Streamax's solutions to them, agreeing to Proof of Concept (POC), and finally converting them into clients, forming a complete sales tracking process.
    3. Record all follow-up plans in Streamax's CRM system, and update data and visit plans.
    4. Coordinate all internal resources that can be coordinated to assist in customer follow-up, including but not limited to solution reporting, visits, and value presentations to C-level management, arranging visits to Streamax headquarters for sample clients, and visiting our existing sample clients.
    5. Dive into the order follow-up process, complete the loop of follow-up orders, achieve designated sales targets, and achieve annual growth goals.
    6. Summarize the best practices of customers, share and present internally, and organize case studies.
    7. Participate in various commercial vehicle exhibitions to showcase Streamax's highest value.
    8. Participate in internal team training to improve product and solution capabilities.

    Requirements:

    1. At least 10 years of rich sales experience in the commercial vehicle field in components or solutions.
    2. Have rich customer resources among European commercial vehicle manufacturers and have managed strategic-level major clients of the global Fortune 500 commercial vehicle manufacturers.
    3. Prior record of annual sales exceeding $5 million USD.
    4. Possess residential status or work permit within the EU, fluent in at least one language within the EU, and able to conduct business communication fluently in English; knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
    5. Hold a driver's license within the EU.
    6. Willing to travel, with a travel frequency of approximately 25%.
