Requirements

University degree in pharmacy/medical technology or similar
1-3 years of professional experience in a QM position in a pharmaceutical or medical technology company
In-depth knowledge of setting up and optimizing a QMS system according to ISO9001
Knowledge of applicable standards (GMP, GDP, ISO13485, MDR & FDA) is desirable
Ideally, knowledge of software & hardware development in a medical environment.
Fluent in German or at least a B2 level and business fluent English

Your tasks:

Maintenance and continuous development of our eQMS
Development and implementation of internal company quality processes
Ensuring compliance with legal standards and guidelines
Carrying out FMEA analyses
Carrying out product, process and system audits both internally and externally (e.g. at suppliers)
Conducting employee training on quality and safety standards
Analysis of customer expectations and satisfaction
