Wir suchen einen Lease Administrator für unsere Expansion. In dieser Rolle wirst du Verträge verwalten, Zahlungen sicherstellen und mit Vermietern kommunizieren.

Unser idealer Kandidat hat 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im Real Estate Management, gute Kenntnisse in Buchhaltungsprozessen und Softwarelösungen. Er ist auch fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.

Aufgaben:

Verwaltung und Überwachung bestehender Mietverträge sowie zugehöriger Dokumente (physisch und digital).
Unterstützung bei der Prüfung und Verhandlung neuer Mietverträge und Nachträge.
Sicherstellung der korrekten Abwicklung und Prüfung wiederkehrender Miet-, Nebenkosten- und sonstiger Zahlungen.
Erfassung und Überwachung aller mietvertraglichen Daten und Fristen in unseren Systemen.
Klärung mietvertraglicher Themen und Zahlungsunterschiede durch professionelle Kommunikation mit Vermietern.

Voraussetzungen:

Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im Real Estate Management in der Retail-Industrie, vorzugsweise im Beauty- oder Fashion-Bereich.
Technische Fähigkeiten: Gute Kenntnisse in Buchhaltungsprozessen und Softwarelösungen wie SAP sowie den Microsoft Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Rechtskenntnisse: Fundierte Kenntnisse im gewerblichen Mietrecht.
Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
