- Create the necessary input for R&D for new product development
- Collect market information: be close to the market, understand trends
- Analyze technical trends: technically and commercially
- Create product/service ideas
- Filter/rank of product/service ideas: in alignment with Segment roadmap, TSS strategy
- Actively participate in developments to ensure alignment with the strategy
- Launch new products globally : internally and externally
- Deliver feedback to R&D : Voice of Customers
- Support the Sales organization to create high-potential opportunities/projects: consulting the Sales teams and customers
- Create and maintain network to R&D, Sales Organizations, Production sites and Product Managers
- Engineering / mechanical engineering degree preferred
- 2- 3 years' work experience with technical products or experience as application consultant or sales representative in technical areas
- Very good knowledge of German and English – verbally and in written
- Good knowledge in PC (MS-office, C4C)
- Knowledge about core tools, processes & norms in Automotive industry like IATF 16949 certification and APQP
- Excellent communication skills
