    Job Description

    As a Healthcare Education Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for:

    • Module planning: Developing and updating teaching content, materials, and methods considering current trends and challenges in the healthcare sector following the recommendations of the German Hospital Association (DKG)
    • Teaching: Conducting classes, workshops, and seminars to impart theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of ward and department management
    • Coordination: Managing the educational operations, including scheduling classes, arranging spaces, and assigning instructors
    • Participant support: Assisting participants with questions, issues, and challenges during the training program
    • Evaluation: Performing regular evaluations of the curriculum, teaching methods, and materials in close collaboration with the Regional Human Resources Development team, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement
    • Mentoring: Providing individual mentoring and counseling for participants' personal and professional development in ward and department management
    • Networking: Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant institutions, organizations, and healthcare experts to promote partnerships and career development opportunities for participants while considering our company culture

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Nursing Management, Healthcare or Nursing Education, Nursing Science, or a related field
    • Several years of work experience, preferably in a leadership role in healthcare
    • Experience in adult education and teaching technical subjects
    • Solid knowledge of the German Hospital Association (DKG) recommendations in ward and department management
    • Advanced computer skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
    • Team spirit, flexibility, and commitment to professional development in the healthcare sector
