Junior Creative Manager (Social Ads) (m/w/d)Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine motivierte Persönlichkeit mit Leidenschaft für kreative Herausforderungen im Performance Marketing.
Deine Rolle:
Als Junior Creative Manager (m/w/d) bist Du Teil unseres Social Ads Teams und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung performancestarker Creatives für unsere Paid Social Kanäle (Meta, TikTok & Co.) – vom ersten Briefing bis zum fertigen Video oder Bild.
Du denkst in Hooks, verstehst Storytelling und möchtest Kreativität mit Performance verbinden? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig.
Deine Aufgaben:
Copywriting & Storytelling: Du unterstützt beim Schreiben performanceorientierter Ad-Texte für Meta & TikTok – von der Hook bis zum Call-to-Action
Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team Creator-Briefings für UGC- und Performance-Videos
Du analysierst bestehende Ads und leitest Optimierungsideen sowie Iterationen ab
Du kreierst proaktiv neue Ideen für Ad Creatives und entwickelst innovative Ad-Formate
Du recherchierst Trends, Wettbewerber und neue Creative-Ansätze
Du schneidest authentische Creator-Videos und Ad Creatives (z. B. mit CapCut) im 9:16-Format
Du erstellst visuell starke Canva-Designs, Thumbnails und Grafiken für unsere Ad-Kampagnen
Dein Profil:
Erste Erfahrung im Copywriting oder kreativen Schreiben, idealerweise im Marketing-, Social-Media- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld
Sehr gutes Sprachgefühl und Gespür für Tone of Voice – Du kannst Dich in unsere Zielgruppe hineinversetzen und erkennst, was sie bewegt und motiviert
Sehr sichere deutsche Rechtschreibung
Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Hohe Eigeninitiative und Motivation, Neues zu lernen
Interesse an digitalen Trends und Performance Marketing
Nice to have: Erfahrung mit CapCut, Canva oder ähnlichen Tools
