Position Title: Referent Insurance and Claims Management

Your Responsibilities:

• Determine the necessary insurance coverage
• Develop insurance guidelines for the group
• Handle the process of concluding insurance contracts
• Monitor the insurance market and further develop the portfolio
• Process categories of claims
• Manage existing insurance contracts
• Prepare evaluations, statistics, and presentation materials
• Provide support in litigation processes by assisting an external lawyer
• Enhance the claims program

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in law with a successfully passed 1st state examination
• Sound knowledge in civil, energy, and contract law. Additional legal knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with brokers, lawyers, and authorities is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
• Very good MS Office and SAP skills
