- Active steering of the plant in regards of fulfilment of commercial targets on eye level to the Plant manager / General manager for location Saarbrücken
- Member of the plant management team & strong involvement in the negotiations with the workers council
- Execute Performance Controlling according to Governance steering concept Div. E
- Supporting cost analysis and optimization to enable a product-project based controlling
- Responsibility for Forecast/monthly closing/year end closing
- Strategic and operative planning of the Saarbrücken plant
- Master Degree in Controlling and/ or accounting, or other business related field
- Minimum of 5 years controlling or finance experience, minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team
- Experience with ERP systems & applications (SAP Fi/Co expertise) / Digitalization tools / Solid PC skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear manner in German and English
- Strong analytical skills
