- Act as a sounding board to the CTO for new ideas and initiatives
- Together with the CTO cultivate and maintain a strong partnership with the Office of the CEO, ensuring seamless collaboration on strategic endeavors
- Develop and implement a framework to enhance visibility and accountability within the CTO's direct reporting structure
- Assist our R&D team with hypothesis-driven research and contribute to important decisions in our product roadmap by bringing in your analytical strengths
- Top of your class at a renowned university, e.g. in engineering, business administration, technology management, informatics, or similar
- Track record of exceptional engagement and results (incl. university, social initiatives)
- Experience supporting Engineering teams
- Relevant work experience in a high-performance environment
- Proficiency in assessing and presenting decisions analytically
- Genuine interest in and curiosity about sustainability tech
- Entrepreneurial personality with a passion for technology and startups
