    Service description:

    Service package A - Updating the project documentation Solution Description (SoB) and Service Description

    Creation of solution and service descriptions in all versions for all functional enhancements and updates in accordance with the Enterprise Portfolio Development Framework.

    Service package B - Process specification in the hospitals and development of target processes to be agreed with the customer

    Development of process specifications (as-is analysis of processes). This is done in interviews with the information carriers in the healthcare facilities. The processes are to be documented in a standardized specification language such as BPMN in MS Visio. Target processes are developed and agreed with the customer.


    Service package C - Implementation of the solution and implementation of the new service as part of the Solution Transition phase

    Support in the transition phase of the implementation of the solution to be developed. Validation of the solution and support with the implementation of the new solution. This also includes the update from service package A.

    Service package D - Ongoing updating of the transition plan by creating and supplying business and technical plan information

    Delivery of technical and functional information to create the transition plan and adapt it to the circumstances. This includes coordination with the customer and all other instances.


    Service package E - Creation of functional and technical content for Design and Transition Coordinator as well as Validation & Testing Manager
    Creation of functional and technical content for Design and Transition Coordinator as well as Validation & Testing Manager for validation and testing of the solution as well as deployment of the solution with reference to the transition quality gates to be achieved and relevant board deadlines.

    Service package F - Creation of the test concept and test planning, monitoring of the test process and feedback on test progress and test results
    Test concepts and test cases are developed and adapted to the solution in an iterative process. The validation and test manager and the solution tester are supported in this process.

    Service package G - Execution of the tests in accordance with the test concept and test planning

    As part of the validation and test phase, the solution tester is supported in testing, creating test protocols and incorporating the findings from the tests into the solution and solution documentation.


    Service package H - Implementation of a proof of concept (PoC) prior to the productive use of the respective release
    Implementation of a PoC in advance of the productive use of the respective release. As part of the PoC, the relevant scenarios (use cases) are tested to determine whether the solution in question achieves the desired range of functions and benefits of the respective release and meets the customer's requirements.

    Service package I - Supplementing the documentation to be prepared IT Service Implementation Record
    Supplement to the documentation to be prepared. This describes the design of one or more IT services or several IT service modules.

    Service package J - Analysis and updating of existing architecture views

    Creating, analyzing and updating the existing architecture views based on the current Visio process documentation in Visio, EA Sparx and ARIS.


    Service package K - Updating the process documentation in ARIS
    Inclusion of identified process descriptions that are not yet included in ARIS and updating of process descriptions that do not correspond to the current status in ARIS.

    Service package L - Regular reporting of progress to the project manager
    Creation of transparency regarding the services provided and results with detailed information on content, deadlines and fulfillment.

    Service package M - Early information on the current call-off status of the framework agreement in the form of monthly information

    Creation of transparency regarding the work performed (in hours) per month and aggregated to date.     Service package N - Submission of optimization proposals for the professional-technical project approach and medical-regulatory issues as part of quarterly 2-day workshops
    Analysis of the professional-technical project approach and the coverage of medical-regulatory issues with regard to the achievement of objectives by the project in terms of deadlines and quality. Development of proposals for optimizing or correcting the procedure if qualitative deficiencies or delays are identified. This is done in

    Qualification requirements:

    1. Business fluent German and good English skills

    2. Completed studies or completed training in computer science or a comparable subject

    3. Knowledge of process documentation with Visio

    4. Knowledge of at least one relevant architecture modeling language

    o Ideally ADM

    o Alternatively UML, BPMN, SysML, NAF

    5. Knowledge of order documentation and tracking with the help of JIRA

    Experience requirements:

    1. Knowledge of business process management (at least 3 years)

    2. Experience in requirements analysis and IT solution design based on this (at least 3 years)

    3. Experience in network connection and integration of IT hardware in networks incl. (remote) maintenance access (at least 3 years)

    4. Knowledge of IT or IT architecture in the healthcare sector, ideally in a military environment (e.g. hospital information systems, IT in medical devices) (min. 1 year)
