    Beschreibung

    Job Title: Internal Auditor and Risk Management Specialist

    Company: Leading mid-sized company in the Rhein-Hunsrück-Kreis area

    • Responsible for establishing an internal audit department and implementing audit software
    • Continuous review of existing control mechanisms and ensuring compliance to secure departmental processes
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with laws, internal policies, and guidelines
    • Identify potential risks, analyze them, and write audit reports to develop strategies for risk minimization
    • Analyze business processes in commercial and industrial/technical sectors to evaluate efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and optimization potential

    Profile:

    • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on auditing and/or finance
    • Significant professional experience in a similar role in an auditing/tax consulting firm or an industrial company
    • Proven skills in conducting internal audits and monitoring/improving existing control mechanisms
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at different hierarchical levels
    • Fluency in German, both written and spoken
