- Verwaltung der Reisekosten im Zusammenhang mit dem Interviewprozess.
- Erstellung von Stellenbeschreibungen gemäß der Cummins Employment Brand.
- Verwaltung der Stellenausschreibungen im Bewerbermanagementsystem (ATS) einschließlich der Dokumentation für Prüfungszwecke.
- Übernahme des Angebotsprozesses (einschließlich der Durchführung von Hintergrund- und Referenzprüfungen).
- Teilnahme an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen für Talentakquisitionsprozesse.
- Einhaltung der Rekrutierungsprozesse
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
