Our client in Hamburg is looking for a Yacht Manager to join them, who ideally has some prior knowledge in the Yacht industry.

You will ensure that the resources are available for the smooth and safe operation of the yachts in their yacht management.

Ensure smooth communication with internal departments (accounting, engineering, compliance).
Organize & facilitate technical support for the yacht.
Implement future security systems (ISM/ISPS) & integrate with emergency response team.

Fluent German is a MUST in order to work with the team and customers efficiently.
Previous yacht management experience preferred.
Experience in yachting/shipping (ideal candidates have similar roles or managerial sea experience).
Familiarity with yacht operations and procedures.
